Elaine Birchall MSW RSW is a registered Social Worker, as such counseling fees are often covered in whole or in part by extended health benefits plans through employers
Where coverage does not exist and a desire to commit to counseling exists, no individual will be refused for inability to pay fees at the time of service. Terms can be negotiated to make payment fees for counseling, counseling /de-cluttering possible.
For non-therapeutic de-cluttering services
If covering the cost of services is prohibitive the following arrangements can be negotiated and incorporated into a 2 party agreements for services required.
Monthly Payment Plans to suit your budget
Running tally of fees incurred to be paid at the time the sale of your property closes, with periodic update reports initiated by both parties
Gift certificates by a third party with the approval of the recipient
FEES SCHEDULE
ASSESSMENTS
- $150.00 - $300.00 + travel (& accommodation if necessary) depending up the size of the property and complexity of the situation.
ASSESSMENTS REPORTS (if required)
- $75.00 if non-legal implications are involved
- $250+ if legal implications are involved
BLITZ
- Voluntary Intensive Clean-ups using BIRCHALL CONSULTING crew to remediate your home and surrounding property. We return your home and property to the way you would like it to be. This is accomplished in a consolidated time frame under your directions of what should stay and what should go and how you would like it arranged. A minimum of 1 counseling session is required prior to beginning a "Blitz" to ensure that the property owner is making these choices voluntarily and with full understanding of the impact a sudden change to their environment can have on them.
CONSULTATIONS
- $75.00/HR (often covered at least in part by extended benefits)
COUNSELING
- "Distance" Counseling $75/h
- In person Counseling $75/h
DE-CLUTTERING
- $75.00/HR plus the cost of protective clothing if required
DE-CLUTTERING TEAM
- $30/PERSON/HR plus the cost of protective clothing if required
FULL DAY WORKSHOPS AND CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS
- Government; For Profit Organizations, including Conferences - $1350.00/ day plus travel, accommodation and meals.
HALF DAY WORKSHOPS; PRESENTATIONS & KEYNOTE ADDRESSES
- Depending upon travel requirements
