Intensive Cleanups

With Certified Mental Health Support

Our intensive cleanups are designed for clients facing crisis situations, ensuring we respect your choices, pace, and unique requirements. We understand the sensitivity of hoarding situations and are committed to providing thorough and compassionate support during challenging times.

How it works

Counseling Sessions

Our experienced therapists believe in the importance of understanding your unique and needs, which is why we require 2-3 counseling sessions prior to conducting a comprehensive assessment. This approach allows us to build a trusting relationship and tailor our services to best serve you. Counseling sessions are flexible and can be conducted in person, via Zoom, or over the phone. This allows you to choose the environment that feels most comfortable for you.

Comprehensive Assessment

Our comprehensive assessment process evaluates mental health status, including stress toleration, and helps us understand the origins and history of each client's crisis. We focus on pinpointing individual strengths and fostering deeper self-understanding. Together, we develop personalized plans that empower clients to navigate their challenges and achieve their goals.

Turnaround

Our approach ensures that clients regain both the use and enjoyment of spaces, fostering a harmonious environment. We specialize in negotiating enforcement agencies and landlords at their discretion to secure the necessary approvals, ensuring a smooth process for our clients. Additionally, we offer ongoing counseling on-site to support clients throughout their journey towards recovery and stability.

Follow Up

Our continuous counseling approach ensures that support and resources are readily available, promoting progress and helping individuals navigate life's challenges. We also specialize in coaching family members of those who hoard and fostering strong connections, empowering them to thrive together.

TESTIMONIALS

Your book may have "saved" the quality of my life and future. It already has helped me discern, and resolve, my own issues with accumulating things in a multitude of ways. It contains the first deep, rational approach to understanding and addressing hoarding behavior, by "normal" and accomplished people, that I have heard. Its discussion of predisposing factors, and possible tipping points, that can lead to overwhelm and imbalance in a person's living situation, is exceptional, and implicitly suggests solutions, in just Chapter 1. You and your co-author have performed a great service. Thank you.
